THE CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE RESPONDS TO THE CRISIS IN HAITI

The Church of the Nazarene has over 500 churches and over 116,000 members already in the country of Haiti.  As such, we have already been at work meeting the needs of this earthquake ravaged country.  One of the best ways of helping is through our local network of churches already ministering in the country.  Here are some ways that you can help:

1.  CRISIS CARE KITS - Crisis Care Kits are kits that are packed with basic essentials that people need in a time of crisis such as we are experiencing in Haiti.  These kits are stored in a warehouse and shipped directly to the location of the disaster.  You can purchase materials for Crisis Care Kits by stopping by the Yellow Bag display in the lobby of our church.  Take a bag and purchase the items on the enclosed list.  Then, return the bag to the display.

2.  AMAZON ONLINE STORE - The Church of the Nazarene has set up an online store on Amazon, with specific items that are needed in Haiti.  You can purchase any of these items and send them directly to the following address where they will be shipped directly to Haiti.

3.  DONATE MONEY THROUGH THE CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE - We are currently collecting an offering to be sent to Haiti.  All the money received will be sent directly to the churches in Haiti to help with their relief efforts.  You can donate through our weekly offerings (just mark your envelope "Haiti"), or you can donate online.  You will find the online link listed as "Haiti" under the  category of NMI.
